The JR - West Rail Pass is an
economical and useful pass for fully enjoying Western Japan. It contains two types of JR -
West Rail Pass, there is Sanyo Area Pass & Kansai Area Pass. |
|
Sanyo Area Pass: This is a pass
that can be used for travelling by train to Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima, Hakata
and other sightseeing places in the Sanyo Area. |

Kansai Area
Pass: This is a pass that can be used for travelling by train to Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nara, Himeji and other sightseeing
places in the Kansai area. |

Sanyo
Area Pass: It allows for unrestricted boarding and unboarding, within the
designated area, of the following trains operated by West Japan Railway Co. (JR West):
"NOZOMI", "HIKARI" and "KODAMA" Sanyo Shinkansen super
express trains, "HARUKA" limited express trains, ordinary cars of local trains, and
the Miyajima ferry line in Hiroshima. |

Kansai
Area Pass: It allows for unrestricted boarding and unboarding, within the
designated area, of nonreserved seating of the Haruka Limited Express; local trains operated
by West Japan Railway Co. (JR West) including rapid-service and new rapid-service trains. It
cannot be used for boarding Shinkansen super express trains. |

Pass holder should turn their
Exchange order to JR - West Rail Pass at a JR-West Station within 3 months from
the date of issue and before their first departure. |
