Eurail Portugal-Spain Pass can not be used by residents of Europe, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia or the Russian Federation. You can't purchase this pass in these countries.

A non-refundable Ticket Issueing Charge of EUR4.00 per person per pass will be levied.
