  • This Beijing - Shanghai through train consists of 15 passenger cars.
  • Soft Sleeper is a private room with 4 berths, 2 are upper berths and 2 are lower berths. There is a wash cabin with 2 toilets and 2 washstands at both end of each car, for all the passengers in that car to share. No bathing facilities are available.
  • Hard Sleeper is an open compartment with 22 bunks each with upper, middle and lower berths. There is a wash cabin with 2 toilets and 2 washstands at both end of each car, for all the passengers in that car to share. No bathing facilities are available.

    * Passengers with age of 10 or above should apply adult fare.
    * Child aged 5 - 9 with body height under 1.4m should apply child fare.
    * Child aged 5 - 9 with body height over 1.4m should apply adult fare.
    * Child aged 0 - 4 with body height over 1.1m should apply child fare.
    * Maximum one child aged 0 - 4 with body height under 1.1m and accompanied by a fare paying adult may travel free, provided that the child do not occupy a seat.
    * Soft Sleeper tickets are not sold in Hong Kong.
